My version of the DoubleTree Hotel's famous cookie. Growing up whenever we took family trips if we didn't stay in a timeshare we stayed at a DoubleTree and I always enjoyed their complimentary cookie, I used to think it was the best chocolate chip cookie in the world until I made my version.
Made with Dark Chocolate, Pecans, Walnuts, Toffee and a pinch of cinnamon.
